Come back to this grounding meditation whenever you need it.

It is created with Angels, Energy Healing, Colour Therapy and Mindfulness to help you return to the body and peace in moments of stress and anxiety.

  • How do you feel in your darling body right now? Where are they holding sensation?

  • Deep down, does your body crave stillness or movement? How would it feel to follow your body’s prompt?

  • Would you like to try it? If so, gently explore.
    These questions will be here. <3

TRUST

  • Everything passes. Everything passes. How does reading, maybe even remembering this, feel?

  • If the most trusting version of you could see you now, what would they tell you?

  • If the most peaceful version of yourself came in, how would they hold you?

  • Your body loves and adores you and is holding you so tight in this moment. So is the Universe. So are your Angels. How does it feel to know this? If you aren’t there right now, how would it feel to know this?

  • How does your Inner Child feel in this moment? What would soothe them to hear?

  • How can you best support your whole self in this moment?

REMEMBER

You are never alone.

  • Your are ALWAYS surrounded by your Angels, Ancestors and Spirit Guides who are there to guide, support and cheer you on.

  • You are ALWAYS loved and protected by your darling body - no matter what it’s presenting to you, it’s doing its best.

You are infinite

  • You are a soul having a corporeal experience. You have been here many, many times. You will be here many times more. There is no ‘messing up’. There’s always next time, baby.

  • You are ALWAYS doing the best you can. Give yourself grace to recognise that.

You are perfect

And that’s the truth.
All things pass.
Feel into the earth that holds you.
The body that breathes you.
The soul that delights in you.

All will be well.

Added bonus

I only suggest this exercise if you have the capacity.

Put your hand over the space where you feel the most sensation.

Breathe into this space.

Wait. Breathe. Feel.

Do not attach to any sensations or thoughts.

Be present with what your body is telling you beneath the sensation.

Tell the sensation ‘I see you. I accept you. I love. you.’

Then ask it what it needs.

Over time, if you are patient, and continue to breathe into this area, just watching, holding and allowing, it may get more and more intense.

Allow this.

Then eventually, it may recede and disappear completely.

You have released this energy.
