How I Work
I always work with love, peace and a desire to remind your and your cells how safe, held and loved you are. My sessions are also deeply soothing for the nervous system, mind and bod.
Each session is an utterly bespoke experience as - through gifts handed down my mum’s family line - I channel messages from the body, angels and your ancestors to help you heal, release and return to alignment in just the way that is needed.
